Sandane
Sign in to saveSandane is the administrative centre of Gloppen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is located at the end of the Gloppefjorden, along the European route E39 highway. Sandane is south of the village of Nordfjordeid and about west of the village of Byrkjelo. Sandane Airport, Anda is located northwest of Sandane along highway E39. Sandane has several suburban areas that surround the nearby fjord such as Sørstranda to the west and Vereide to the northwest.

Sandane es una localidad de la provincia de Sogn og Fjordane en la región de Vestlandet, Noruega. A 1 de enero de 2017 tenía una población estimada de 2360 habitantes. Se encuentra ubicado al oeste del país, cerca del glaciar Jostedalsbreen —el mayor de la Europa continental— y del lago Hornindalsvatnet que, con 514 metros de profundidad, es el más profundo de Europa.
