Sandl is a municipality in the district of Freistadt in Upper Austria, Austria.

==Geography== Sandl is located in the northeast of Upper Austria in the Austrian part of the Gratzen Mountains. Located in the west of the town centre, the Viehberg, with 1112 m, is the highest mountain of the Gratzener Bergland and the second highest of the Mühlviertel.
