Scapoli is a town and comune located in province of Isernia, which is part of the region of Molise, southern Italy. As of 2011 it had a population of 758.

==Geography== Located in the western area of the province, near the region of Lazio, it borders with the municipalities of Colli a Volturno, Filignano and Rocchetta a Volturno. It is connected to the nearby municipality of Vallerotonda (Province of Frosinone, Lazio), by the national road via Cerasuolo, below the Mainarde mountains.
