Scooter Braun

Scott “Scooter” Braun is a prominent American entrepreneur, innovator, and investor across entertainment, technology, real estate, art, and more. Braun currently serves as Chairman of Ithaka Management Group - running his family office’s extensive portfolio across multiple sectors. Well known for discovering and developing the careers of Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, Braun has managed a wide array of artists over his 25 year career, including Usher, Tori Kelly, Kanye West, Demi Lovato, J Balvin, Ozuna, Dan + Shay, Martin Garrix, Zac Brown Band, Lil Dicky, The Kid Laroi, and many others. Braun currently serves as a Senior Advisor and Board member to the global entertainment company HYBE, which purchased his Ithaca/SB Projects for $1.2 Billion in 2021. Over 2 decades Braun has also become a prolific investor, supporting and partnering with fellow entrepreneurs. He is a general partner at the investment firm TQ Ventures and an early investor in companies such as Uber, Spotify, Waze, Dropbox, Pinterest, Discord, Deel, Coupang, Lyft, Ro, Noom, Open AI, Scale AI, Nvidia, Groq, Kracken, Rhode, and Liquid I.V., among others. Known for seeking out like-minded entrepreneurs with a “burn the ships” mentality, Braun’s track record of successful investments reflect his forward-thinking approach to innovation and collaboration. Braun is deeply committed to philanthropy, championing causes such as mental health, anti-gun violence, women’s rights, and civic engagement. Through the Braun Family Foundation, he actively supports organizations like This Is About Humanity, Fuck Cancer, HIAS, and the First Responders Fund. He also serves on the national boards of Pencils of Promise and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Most recently, he spearheaded the Nova Exhibition, which is currently touring the United States and commemorates the victims of the largest music massacre in history, which occurred on October 7th at the Nova Music Festival.
