Semat est une ancienne reine égyptienne, épouse du pharaon Den. Elle a été enterrée près de lui à Abydos. On sait très peu de choses sur Semat, à part une stèle découverte près de la tombe de Den à Abydos. Elle détenait les titres de : Ces deux titres étaient associés aux reines de l'Égypte antique. Semat n'était pas la seule femme identifiée à partir de stèle funéraire. Seshemetka et Serethor sont d'autres femmes dont les stèles funéraires ont été trouvées près de la tombe de Den. Jusqu'à la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la stèle se trouvait au Musée égyptien de Berlin, mais a été détruite pendant la guerre.
