Sheyla Gutiérrez Ruiz (Varea, Logroño, 1 de enero de 1994) es una ciclista profesional española. Desde 2019 corre para el Movistar Team. Sheyla participó además en el Campeonato Mundial de Ciclismo en Ruta de 2014. En noviembre de 2015 fue anunciada como parte del equipo inaugural del equipo Cylance Pro Cycling para la temporada de 2016.
