This service is a partnership between the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) and Amtrak. CT rail Shore Line East connects with the New Haven Line (operated by Metro-North) at New Haven Union Station for travel to southwestern Connecticut and Grand Central Terminal in New York City.
