Silvia Pinal (September 12, 1931 - November 28, 2024) was a Mexican actress, who had roles in several of Luis Buñuel's movies such as El ángel exterminador and Viridiana. Pinal is also considered as one of the legends of the Golden Age of Mexican cinema.

Silvia Pinal (born Silvia Pinal Hidalgo on September 12, 1931 in Guaymas, Sonora) is a Mexican actress, who had roles in several of Luis Buñuel's movies such as El ángel exterminador and Viridiana. Personal life Silvia Pinal has been married four times, first to Cuban actor Rafael Banquells who fathered a daughter with her, actress Silvia Pasquel (Pasquel is a combination of the surnames Pinal and Banquells).
