シンプソン郡（英: Simpson County）は、アメリカ合衆国ケンタッキー州の西部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は17,327人であり、2000年の16,405人から5.6%増加した。郡庁所在地は（人口8,408人）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。シンプソン郡は1819年に設立され、郡名は北西インディアン戦争のフォールン・ティンバーズの戦いに参戦し、米英戦争のフレンチタウンの戦いで戦死したケンタッキー州民兵隊の士官ジョン・シンプソン大尉に因んで名付けられた。 アルコール飲料の販売に関しては「モイスト郡」に分類される。基本的には販売が禁止される「ドライ郡」（禁酒郡）だが、フランクリン市のように100席以上のレストランで、その売り上げの70%以上が食品による場合に、飲料としてのアルコールの販売が認められている「ウェット」の都市が含まれている。
