Simrishamns kommun är en kommun i Skåne län, i före detta Kristianstads län. Centralort är Simrishamn. Kommunen är belägen på Österlen i sydöstra delen av landskapet Skåne med Östersjön i öster. Simrishamns kommun gränsar i sydväst till Ystads kommun i före detta Malmöhus län, i väster till Tomelilla kommun och i norr till Kristianstads kommun, båda i före detta Kristianstads län.
