Skandaloto () is a village in Apriltsi Municipality, Lovech Province, northern Bulgaria. It is situated on the banks of the river Vidima.
At the Bulgarian 2011 census, the population of Skandaloto was 65 inhabitants who were entirely ethnic Bulgarians.
