SoFi Stadium (/ˈsoʊfaɪ/ SOH-fy) is an indoor multi-purpose stadium in Inglewood, California, U.S., a suburb of Los Angeles. SoFi occupies the former site of the Hollywood Park Racetrack and neighbors the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome.
Opened in September 2020, the stadium has a capacity of 70,240, expandable to over 100,000 for major events, and a translucent roof made of ETFE panels allowing for sunlight and climate control. It is home to the National Football League (NFL)'s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers. The stadium hosted Super Bowl LVI in 2022, the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship, WrestleMania 39 in 2023, the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup final, and the LA Bowl from 2021 to 2025. It is scheduled to host eight matches during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl LXI in 2027, and the opening ceremony and swimming events for the 2028 Summer Olympics.
