Sofka Skipwith (née Sophia Dolgorouky le 23 octobre 1907 et morte le 26 février 1994) est une princesse russe. Après avoir travaillé pour Laurence Olivier et avoir été internée par les nazis en France pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, elle œuvre à la protection des Juifs. Elle fut honorée pour ses efforts à la fois par le gouvernement britannique et par Israël, où elle fut nommée Juste parmi les nations par Yad Vashem.
