Ondre Moore (born March 17, 1976), known as Swifty McVay, is an American rapper and member of D12. He was accepted into the group as a replacement for Bugz. At Bugz request, following his unexpected death in 1999. In 2002, Swift founded the Fyre Dapartment Production Company.
