Taubergießen

Taubergießen was declared Naturschutzgebiet (Nature Reserve) in 1979 and, with 1,697 hectares, is one of the largest protected areas in Baden-Württemberg. It has a north–south extension of more than 12 km. The largest width is about 2.5 km.
