泰奇曼（英語：Techiman）是迦納的城市，同時為東博諾大區以及的首府，位於庫馬西北部約100公里，2013年人口有104,212人。2007年3月的交通工具使用調查顯示，計程車佔34%、步行佔31%、公共汽車佔10%、自行車佔7%、摩托車佔6%、私家車佔5%，其餘佔7%，而在使用自行車活動型態方面，有49%為工作通勤、18%為學校通勤、14%為娛樂、6%為旅遊使用。
