Ternberg is a municipality in the district of Steyr-Land in the Austrian state of Upper Austria.
== Geography == Ternberg is part of the upper Austrian region Traunviertel. Its area from North to South is 9,5 km, from West to East 11,7 km. 51,4% of the municipality is forest, 39,6% is used by agriculture.
