The Baron (the preferred moniker of Theodore Percy Baron III) is a Noise musician from Cardiff, Wales. A driving force behind the current 'Paedocore' movement and joint-founder of Post-Avant-Garde-Baroque-tronic record label, Cock-Off Records.
