The Contino Sessions is the second album by British band Death in Vegas. It was released in 1999. This album is thought to have had considerable influence on "It's Not How Far You Fall, It's The Way You Land" recorded by British electronica duo Soulsavers with Mark Lanegan.[citation needed] In 2000 the album was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize.
