Tmpfs
Sign in to savetmpfs (short for temporary file system) is a temporary file storage paradigm implemented in many Unix-like operating systems. It is intended to appear as a mounted file system, but data is stored in volatile memory rather than on a persistent storage device.

tmpfs（英語：temporary file system） 是類Unix系統上暫存檔儲存空間的常見名稱，通常以掛載檔案系統方式實現，並將資料儲存在揮發性記憶體而非永久儲存裝置中。和RAM disk的概念近似，但後者會呈現出具有完整檔案系統的虛擬磁碟。
