Tofa, também chamada Tofalar ou Karagas, é uma das línguas turcomanas faladas no Oblast de Irkutsk, Rússia. Trata-se de uma língua em extinção, havendo somente 93 falantes da mesma em 2010. Tofa é muito próxima da língua tuvana e forma um continuum dialetal. Tuha e tuvano Tsengel podem ser dialeto tanto do tuvano ou Tofa. Tofa compartilha um bom número de inovações com essas línguas, incluindo a mudança *d>z (como em *adaq > azak "pé") e o desenvolvimento de Tons baixos em vogais historicamente curtas *et > èt "carne").
