Tommy Hunter is a country singer and guitarist, born in London, Ontario, Canada, on 10 March 1937. His "The Tommy Hunter Show", appear first on weekdays on CBC radio from 1960-1965, and then became a weekly CBC TV program in 1965. Extended to an hour's length in 1970, it was introduced to US viewers by The Nashville Network in the early 1980s. It was cancelled in 1992. Hunter used "Travellin' Man" as his TV theme song. Tommy was discovered by Norm Pringle DJ Hall of fame in the 50s at the age
