Tony Leung Chiu-Wai (Hongkong, 27 juni 1962) (jiaxiang: Guangdong, Taishan) is een acteur uit Hongkong. Om hem te onderscheiden van een andere Tony Leung, de acteur , wordt hij in Hong Kong vaak "Short Tony" genoemd, waar Leung Ka-Fai beter bekend is als "Big Tony", vanwege het fysieke verschil tussen beide acteurs. Tony Leungs eerste bekende film was Hou Hsiao-Hsiens uit 1989, maar velen zien zijn rol als undercoveragent in John Woo's Hard Boiled (1992), tegenover Chow Yun-Fat, als zijn persoonlijke doorbraak.
