Carousel El Dorado has non-jumping carousel figures installed on its rotating floor. The floor is divided into three parts and each ring turns at a different speed, with the outermost ring being the slowest and the innermost ring being the fastest. It was constructed in the Art Nouveau style, and is considered a valuable cultural property; it was given Mechanical Engineering Heritage status by the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers on August 7, 2010.
