Toratau () - one of the four shihans, located in Ishimbaysky District, Bashkortostan, Russia, on the border with the city Sterlitamak. The remainder of the reef, the Lower Permian (Late Paleozoic) reef massif, formed over 230 million years ago in the tropical sea.
