在幾何學中，截半六邊形鑲嵌是一種平面密鋪，是一種由兩種正多邊形組成的半正鑲嵌圖，該半正鑲嵌圖是由正三角形和正六邊形組成，每一個頂點周圍都各有2個正三角形和正六邊形，在施萊夫利符號中用t1{6,3}來表示；此外其邊緣形成一個無限排列的直線。 康威稱截半六邊形鑲嵌為hexadeltille，因為它可以從正六邊形鑲嵌（hextille）和正三角形鑲嵌（deltille）的元素替代、互相結合來構造，另外截半六邊形鑲嵌也可以用六邊形鑲嵌經過截半變換來構造。
