Trjavna

It is famous for its textile industry and typical National Revival architecture, featuring 140 cultural monuments, museums, and expositions. Tryavna is the birthplace of Bulgarian writer Pencho Slaveykov and revolutionary Angel Kanchev.

Trjavna (bulgariska: Трявна) är en ort i Bulgarien. Den ligger i kommunen Obsjtina Trjavna och regionen Gabrovo, i den centrala delen av landet, 180 km öster om huvudstaden Sofia. Trjavna ligger 488 meter över havet och antalet invånare är 13 818. Terrängen runt Trjavna är lite kuperad. Den högsta punkten i närheten är 654 meter över havet, 1,0 km sydost om Trjavna.
