Twardogóra (pronounced , ) is a historic town in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Twardogóra.
As of 2019, the town has a population of 6,692. It is part of the larger Wrocław metropolitan area.
