Ukrainization or Ukrainisation ( ) is a policy or practice of increasing the usage and facilitating the development of the Ukrainian language and promoting other elements of Ukrainian culture in various spheres of public life such as education, publishing, government, and religion. ウクライナ化（ウクライナか、ウクライナ語: українізація、露: украинизация）は、生活の諸分野におけるウクライナの言語と文化の諸要素を政治的に促進し実現するものである。とりわけ1923年から1933年にかけてウクライナ・ソビエト社会主義共和国においてソ連政府およびソ連共産党が行った公式の民族政策をいい、1923年に第12ロシア共産党大会で決定された非ロシアの自治共和国におけるコレニザーツィヤ政策（露: коренизация、現地化政策、根付く政策）の一種である。政策の目的は、ソ連政権とウクライナ人との間の摩擦を和らげ、軍事的支配のみならず、効果的な政治的支配および行政的支配を確定することにあった。政策の方法は、ウクライナ語の教育および出版物の普及、共産党や赤軍へのウクライナ人の採用などであった。
