== Geography == Ust-Gryaznukha is located in forest steppe, on the Volga Upland, on the right bank of the Gryaznukha River, 51 km north of Kamyshin (the district's administrative centre) by road. Verkhnyaya Gryaznukha is the nearest rural locality.
