Warasch (ukrainisch und russisch Вараш) ist eine Stadt in der westukrainischen Oblast Riwne mit etwa 42.000 Einwohnern (2019). Warasch wird mehrheitlich von ethnischen Ukrainern bewohnt (90,6 %). Die größte Minderheit stellt die russische Bevölkerung mit 7,6 % (2001).Das Wappen der Stadt zeigt drei Kühltürme eines Atomkraftwerks.
