Villa d'Ogna (Bergamasque: Éla d'Ògna) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Milan and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Bergamo. As of 2023, it had a population of 1,772 and an area of 5.2 square kilometres (2.0 mi).
Villa d'Ogna borders the following municipalities: Ardesio, Clusone, Oltressenda Alta, Parre, Piario, Rovetta.
