Two 12th–13th c. runic inscriptions from Maskovichi Vitebsk region, also known as Vitebsk oblast or Vitsyebsk voblasts, is one of the regions of Belarus. Its administrative center is Vitebsk. It is located in the north of the country and borders Russia.
