In 1997 he won the first prize with song "Draga" ("Dear") on festival "Pjesma Mediterana" ("Song of the Mediteran") in Budva, S&M. Vlado Georgiev participated on festivals throughout Serbia & Montenegro and wrote songs for young pop singers, patiently waiting for his big chance.
