VRChat（VRチャット）はGraham GaylorとJesse Joudreyによって開発され、アメリカ合衆国の企業であるVRChat Inc.によって運営が行われているソーシャルVRプラットフォームである。 現在は早期アクセス版とされ、SteamまたはOculus Storeにて無料でダウンロードできる。Oculus Rift、 HTC Vive等対応したバーチャル・リアリティヘッドセットを使用してプレイすることが出来る。また、バーチャル・リアリティヘッドセットを利用しないデスクトップ版で遊ぶことも可能である。 VRChatは2014年1月16日にOculus DK1開発キットに対応したスタンドアロンアプリケーションとしてMicrosoft Windows向けにリリースされ、2017年2月1日にはSteamの早期アクセスプログラムを介してリリースされた。Oculus Rift、Oculus Rift S、Oculus QuestはOculus Store経由でサポートされ、その他にHTC Vive、HTC Vive Pro、Valve Indexをサポートしている。
