Vyškov

Also known as Wischau

Vyškov (; ) is a town in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 21,000 inhabitants. The Haná River flows through the town. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected as an urban monument zone. The town is known for the Vyškov Castle and Vyškov Zoo.

Vyškov es la localidad-capital del distrito de Vyškov en la región de Moravia Meridional, República Checa, con una población estimada a principio del año 2018 de 20 999 habitantes. Se encuentra ubicada al este de la región, cerca de la orilla del río Morava —un afluente izquierdo del Danubio—, de la frontera con las regiones de Zlín y Moravia-Silesia, y a poca distancia al este de la ciudad de Brno.
