★ 2.8Set in the fictional land of Nara, Piplings are creatures with large heads and eyes, and they have the ability to fly and float around. The Piplings practice yogo, a gentle form of exercise similar to yoga. They demonstrate several poses inspired by the things they observe in their homeworld, Nara, such as owls, trees, and insects. Later in each episode, children (referred to as Cheebies) arrive and practice the same poses demonstrated by the Piplings at the start of the show. Viewers are encouraged to participate.
