Wilber is a city in and the county seat of Saline County, Nebraska, United States. As of the 2020 census, Wilber had a population of 1,937. It is the county seat of Saline County. Wilber is the official "Czech Capital of the USA" and hosts an annual Czech festival in August. Wilber's school is the Wilber-Clatonia High School.
