There are three artists who share this name. 1) Milton William Cooper (May 6, 1943 - November 5, 2001) was an American writer and shortwave broadcaster. Cooper came to public awareness in the late 1980s by way of the burgoning UFO research community. He published his most famous work, the paranormal/parapolitical book 'Behold a Pale Horse', in 1991.
