William Harper (1949- ) has written and composed many operas including El Greco, Snow Leopard, Peyote Roadkill and Crimson Cowboy. El Greco was commissioned and produced by INTAR in New York City and was broadcast on National Public Radio's World of Opera program. Recordings of his work for chorus and orchestra, Requiem and Marlidendur have been completed by Skifan Records. With a Ph.D. in music composition from the Eastman School of Music, Harper teaches at the School of the Art Institute of Ch
