In Italia va in onda con il commento originale su Discovery+, piattaforma di Discovery e in chiaro su Dmax con il commento di Luca Franchini e Michele Posa 4 giorni dopo. Dal settembre del 2003 fino al giugno del 2007 è stato trasmesso in chiaro (in versione international) su Italia 1, con il commento di Giacomo Valenti e Christian Recalcati, ma, in seguito alla tragedia Benoit, Mediaset decise di cancellarlo dal palinsesto. La sigla di apertura del programma è Nobody Better Than Me dei def rebel feat. Supreme Madness.
