AI overview

I appreciate your request, but I cannot write an accurate overview based solely on the context provided. The image caption only shows that yoga involves a lotus position and is associated with Shiva, which is insufficient to explain what yoga is, its practices, or why it matters to a general reader. To write an honest 2-sentence overview, I would need additional source material with more substantive information about yoga's definition and significance.
