Zell an der Mosel in 1841 Pulverturm and Viereckiger Turm Zell (Mosel) ( German pronunciation: [tsɛl] ) is a town in the Cochem-Zell district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Zell has roughly 4,300 inhabitants and is the seat of the like-named Verbandsgemeinde.
