Žitorađe (serbocroata cirílico: Житорађе) es un pueblo de Serbia perteneciente al municipio de Vladičin Han en el distrito de Pčinja del sur del país. En 2002 tenía 1339 habitantes, de los cuales 1222 eran étnicamente serbios y 96 gitanos. La localidad era históricamente conocida como "Žitorađa", pero cambió su topónimo para no confundirse con el municipio homónimo del distrito de Toplica. Se ubica a orillas del , a medio camino entre las localidades de Vladičin Han y Surdulica sobre la carretera 40.
