Hauskyjza (Silesian: home cheese from the German Hauskäse) is a foodstuff made of cottage cheese, caraway and other ingredients, which are mixed, put aside for a few days to acquire the characteristic sharp flavor, scent and tacky consistency, and then warmed and fried. Often baking soda is used to condition the cottage cheese. Hauskyjza or Ser Smazony (fried cheese) or Ser Zgliwiały (rottened cheese) is a traditional product in the regions of Greater Poland, Pomerania, Kuyavia, Subcarpathia and Silesia. Before refrigerators were widely available, it was valued because of its high fastness.

Medfouna
Medfouna (, "buried"; ), also known as "Berber pizza" or "desert pizza", is a Berber and Moroccan cuisine, rustic dish from the Middle Atlas of Morocco. It is prepared from a round-shaped dough that is stuffed and baked over a wood fire, soft inside and crispy outside. Unlike pizza, Medfouna consists of two layers of dough: one at the bottom and one on top that covers the filling. It is typically served along with a glass of Moroccan mint tea.
