E-55888
E-55888 is a drug developed by Esteve, which acts as a potent and selective full agonist at the 5HT7 serotonin receptor, and is used for investigating the role of 5-HT7 receptors in the perception of pain. When administered by itself, E-55888 is anti-hyperalgesic but not analgesic, but when administered alongside morphine, E-55888 was found to significantly increase the analgesic effects.
ketipramine
Ketipramine (G-35,259), also known as ketimipramine or ketoimipramine, is a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) that was tested in clinical trials for the treatment of depression in the 1960s but was never marketed. It differs from imipramine in terms of chemical structure only by a single ketone group, and is approximately equivalent in effectiveness as an antidepressant in comparison.
tolylfluanid
Tolylfluanid is an organic chemical compound that is used as an active ingredient in fungicides and wood preservatives.
tiracizine
Tiracizine is an antiarrhythmic agent.
trimethyldiphenylpropylamine
Trimethyldiphenylpropylamine (N,N,1-Trimethyl-3,3-diphenylpropylamine) is a drug used for functional gastrointestinal disorders. Its tradename is Recipavrin.
amiflamine
Amiflamine (developmental code name FLA-336), also known '(S)-2-methyl-4-(dimethylamino)amphetamine', is a reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase A (MAO-A), thereby being a RIMA, and, to a lesser extent, semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase (SSAO) inhibitor, as well as a serotonin releasing agent (SRA). It is a derivative of the phenethylamine and amphetamine families. The (+)-enantiomer is the active stereoisomer.
minaxolone
Minaxolone (CCI-12923) is a neuroactive steroid which was developed as a general anesthetic but was withdrawn before registration due to toxicity seen with long-term administration in rats, and hence was never marketed. It is a positive allosteric modulator of the GABAA receptor, as well as, less potently, a positive allosteric modulator of the glycine receptor.
5,N,N-TMT
'5,N,N-Trimethyltryptamine (5,N,N-TMT; 5-TMT), also known as 5-methyl-DMT', is a tryptamine derivative that may be a psychedelic drug. It was first made in 1958 by Edwin H. P. Young. In animal experiments it was found to be in between DMT and 5-MeO-DMT in potency.
HBTU
HBTU (hexafluorophosphate benzotriazole tetramethyl uronium) is a coupling reagent used in solid phase peptide synthesis. It was introduced in 1978 and shows resistance against racemization. It is used because of its mild activating properties.
U-47700
U-47700, also known as U4, pink heroin, pinky, and pink, is an opioid analgesic drug developed by a team at Upjohn in the 1970s which has around 7.5 times the potency of morphine in animal models.
thumb|Physical Sample of U-47700
U-47700 is a structural isomer of the earlier opioid AH-7921 and the result of a great deal of work elucidating the quantitative structure–activity relationship of the scaffold. Upjohn looked for the key moieties which gave the greatest activity and posted over a dozen patents on related compounds, each optimizing one moiety until they discovered that U-47700 was the
methafurylene
Methafurylene is an antihistamine and anticholinergic. Methafurylene is commonly used to relieve symptoms of allergies such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose (Sweetman, 2009).
sb-216641
SB-216641 is a drug which is a selective antagonist for the serotonin receptor 5-HT1B, with around 25x selectivity over the closely related 5-HT1D receptor. It is used in scientific research, and has demonstrated anxiolytic effects in animal studies.
