Meum athamanticum
Meum is a monotypic genus in the family Apiaceae. Its only species is Meum athamanticum, a glabrous, highly aromatic (aroma compound), perennial plant. Common names in the UK include baldmoney, meu or meum, and spignel (also spikenel and spiknel).

The stems are sometimes purple in colour. The flowers are attractive to numerous insects.

Molopospermum is a monotypic genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Apiaceae. The single species, Molopospermum peleponnesiacum, Spanish: cuscullo, French couscouil and Rousillonais Catalan coscoll
is native to the mountains of Spain, southern France and Italy (notably the Pyrenees and the Alps) and is edible, being used in ways similar to its better-known fellow umbellifers celery and angelica and also believed to have tonic properties.

Saposhnikovia is a monotypic genus of flowering plants in the family Apiaceae. Its only species is Saposhnikovia divaricata, known as fángfēng 防風 (lit. "protect against the wind") in Chinese, bangpung in Korean, and siler in English. The plant is still frequently referenced under the obsolete genus name Ledebouriella in many online sources devoted to traditional Chinese medicine. It was first described as Stenocoelium divaricatum by Nikolai Turczaninow in 1844, and transferred to Saposhnikovia in 1951.

It is distinct for containing several morphological features that are not seen in any of the other genera of the family Apiaceae. Its fruits have a dense vestiture and hygroscopic carpophore that may be an adaptation that allows the plant to respond rapidly to the earliest spring rains.
