Sarcophaga
Sarcophaga is a genus of true flies and the type genus of the flesh-fly family (Sarcophagidae). The members of this cosmopolitan genus are frequently known as common flesh flies. There are more than 1000 species in Sarcophaga.

Calliphora
Calliphora is a genus of blow flies, also known as bottle flies, found in most parts of the world, with the highest diversity in Australia. The most widespread species in North America are Calliphora livida, C. vicina, and C. vomitoria.

Cochliomyia
Cochliomyia is a genus in the family Calliphoridae, known as blowflies, in the order Diptera. Cochliomyia is commonly referred to as the New World screwworm flies, as distinct from Old World screwworm flies. Four species are in this genus: C. macellaria, C. hominivorax, C. aldrichi, and C. minima. C. hominivorax is known as the primary screwworm because its larvae produce myiasis and feed on living tissue. This feeding causes deep, pocket-like lesions in the skin, which can be very damaging to the animal host. C. macellaria is known as the secondary screwworm because its larvae produce myiasis

Chrysomya
Chrysomya is an Old World blow fly genus of the family Calliphoridae. The genus Chrysomya contains a number of species including Chrysomya rufifacies and Chrysomya megacephala. The term “Old World blow fly” is a derivative of both the associated family, Calliphoridae (blow flies), and the belief that the genus Chrysomya originated in Asia and migrated to North America only relatively recently. Chrysomya’s primary importance to the field of medico-criminal forensic entomology is due to the genus’ reliable life cycle, allowing investigators to accurately develop a postmortem interval. Cordylobia
Cordylobia is a genus of flies from the family Calliphoridae. The larvae of Cordylobia are parasitic on mammals, especially rodents. Two species, C. anthropophaga (the tumbu fly) and C. rodhaini (Lund's fly), also are known as parasites of humans. The adult flies feed on rotting fruits, vegetables, and animal faeces, and are most abundant in the wet season. Like many tropical insects, they are most active in the morning and evening. Cordylobia species are largely confined to Africa, though they have been recorded elsewhere when transported by human travellers.
Gasterophilus
Gasterophilus is a genus of endoparasitic fly from the family Oestridae that affects different types of animals, especially horses, but it can also act on cows, sheep, and goats. A case has also been recorded in a human baby.

Cynomya
Cynomya () is a genus in the family Calliphoridae of flies.

Bengalia
Bengalia is a genus of blow flies in the family Calliphoridae with one authority considering the genus to belong to a separate family Bengaliidae. These bristly and, unlike the greens and blues of most calliphorids, dull coloured flies, are especially noted for their relationship to ants. Little is known of their biology and life-cycle, although adults of many species are kleptoparasitic on ants and will snatch food and pupae being carried by ants or feed on winged termites.
The apt name “Highwayman Fly” was given by an early observer of their way of robbing ants.
Very little is known about th

Cuterebra

Cuterebra, or rodent bots, is a genus of bot flies that attack rodents and similar animals.

Protocalliphora
Protocalliphora or bird blowflies are a blow fly genus containing many species which are obligate parasites of birds. Eggs are laid in bird nests. After hatching, the larvae suck the blood of nestlings. They sometimes feed inside the nostrils of nestling birds and destroy the tissue at the base leading to reduced growth of the upper mandible and the young growing with "shovel-beaks". The species overwinter as adults.
Stomorhina
Stomorhina (often misspelled as "Stomorrhina") is a genus of flies in the family Rhiniidae.
Metopia
Metopia is a genus of satellite flies in the family Sarcophagidae. There are at least 50 described species in Metopia.
Booponus
Booponus is a genus of blow flies in the family Calliphoridae. Most species are endoparasites of large mammals.
Macronychia
Macronychia is a genus of satellite flies in the family Sarcophagidae. There are at least 20 described species in Macronychia.

Senotainia
Senotainia is a genus of satellite flies in the family Sarcophagidae. There are more than 70 described species in Senotainia.

Blaesoxipha
Blaesoxipha is a genus of flies belonging to the family Sarcophagidae.
Taxigramma
Taxigramma is a genus of satellite flies in the family Sarcophagidae. There are about 18 described species in Taxigramma.

Lepidodexia
Lepidodexia is a genus of flesh flies in the family Sarcophagidae. There are at least 170 described species in Lepidodexia.

Verticia
Verticia is a genus of flies (Diptera) in the family Calliphoridae. The genus was first described by John Russell Malloch in 1927.

Craticulina

Craticulina is a genus of true flies in the family Sarcophagidae. They are cleptoparasites of various species of sand wasps. They are ovoviviparous, laying larvae instead of eggs. The larvae share the prey of the sand wasp, and though they are much smaller than the wasps, many fly larvae may be present in each wasp larva, causing food to run short. Sometimes the fly larvae also attack the wasp larva

Dexosarcophaga
Dexosarcophaga is a genus of flies in the family Sarcophagidae. The genus can be found worldwide.

Sarcofahrtiopsis
Sarcofahrtiopsis is a genus of small flesh flies. Most are known from the Antilles and Central America. Many species feed on semiterrestrial crabs of the genus Cardisoma or are associated with bats.

Cobboldia
Cobboldia is a genus of parasitic flies in the family Oestridae. Adult flies of Cobboldia elephantis lay their eggs near the mouth or base of the tusks of Asian elephant while the related Cobboldia loxodontis (=Platycobboldia loxodontis) parasitizes African elephants. The larvae hatch and develop in the mouth cavity and later move to the stomach. On maturing, the third instar larvae exit from the mouth and drop to the ground to pupate.

Helicobia
Helicobia is a genus of flesh flies in the family Sarcophagidae. There are at least 30 described species in Helicobia.

Boettcheria is a genus of flesh flies in the family Sarcophagidae. There are at least 20 described species in Boettcheria.
Rafaelia
Rafaelia is a genus of flesh flies (insects in the family Sarcophagidae). There are about nine described extant species in Rafaelia.
