chemical compound
(RS)-fenyramidol
Fenyramidol (INN) or phenyramidol (BAN, USAN), trade name Cabral, is a pharmaceutical drug which acts as a muscle relaxant.
cimaterol
Cimaterol (INN) is a beta-adrenergic agonist.
theodrenaline
Theodrenaline (), also known as noradrenalinoethyltheophylline or as noradrenaline theophylline, is a chemical linkage of norepinephrine (noradrenaline) and theophylline used as a cardiac stimulant. It is sometimes combined with cafedrine.
carmoterol
Carmoterol (INN; development codes TA-2005 and CHF-4226) is a non-catechol experimental ultra-long-acting β adrenoreceptor agonist (ultra-LABA) that was in clinical trials before 2010 when it has been withdrawn from further development based on evidence that the compound does not possess a competitive profile.
6-fluoro-noradrenaline
6-Fluoronorepinephrine (6-FNE) is a selective α1- and α2-adrenergic receptor full agonist related to norepinephrine. It is the only selective full agonist for the α-adrenergic receptors known to date and has been used to study their function in scientific research. Infusion of 6-FNE into the locus coeruleus of rodents produces marked hyperactivity and behavioral disinhibition by suppressing activity in the area via stimulation of α1-adrenergic receptors.
hexocyclium
Hexocyclium is an antimuscarinic. It is used in the form of its methyl sulfate, called hexocyclium metilsulfate.
solabegron
Solabegron (code name GW-427,353) is a drug which acts as a selective agonist for the β3 adrenergic receptor. It is being developed for the treatment of overactive bladder and irritable bowel syndrome. It has been shown to produce visceral analgesia by releasing somatostatin from adipocytes.
metaterol
Metaterol (), also known as isofenefrine, isopropylnoradrianol, and '3,β-dihydroxy-N-isopropylphenethylamine', is a sympathomimetic and bronchodilator of the phenethylamine family that was never marketed. It is structurally related to norfenefrine, phenylephrine, and etilefrine.
