cortisone
Cortisone is a naturally occurring, mostly inactive pregnene (21-carbon) steroid hormone. In the body, cortisone is produced as part of the Cortisol-Cortisone shunt, which protects vulnerable organs like the kidneys from cortisol. These organs produce the enzyme 11β-HSD2 which locally converts cortisol into inactive cortisone. Cortisone is later converted back into the active steroid cortisol by the enzyme 11β-HSD1, particularly in the liver, which maintains blood cortisol levels. Without the reaction converting cortisol into cortisone, cortisol binds with the mineralocorticoid receptors of th

prednisone
Prednisone is a glucocorticoid medication mostly used to suppress the immune system and decrease inflammation in conditions such as asthma, COPD, and rheumatologic diseases. It is also used to treat high blood calcium due to cancer and adrenal insufficiency along with other corticosteroids. It is taken by mouth.

minocycline
Minocycline, sold under the brand name Minocin among others, is a tetracycline antibiotic medication used to treat a number of bacterial infections such as some occurring in certain forms of pneumonia. It is generally (but not always) less preferred than the tetracycline doxycycline. Minocycline is also used for the treatment of acne and rheumatoid arthritis. It is taken by mouth or applied to the skin.
phloroglucinol
thumb|right| of phloroglucinol
Phloroglucinol is an organic compound with the formula C6H3(OH)3. It is a colorless solid. It is used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and explosives. Phloroglucinol is one of three isomeric benzenetriols. The other two isomers are hydroxyquinol (1,2,4-benzenetriol) and pyrogallol (1,2,3-benzenetriol). Phloroglucinol, and its benzenetriol isomers, are still defined as "phenols" according to the IUPAC official nomenclature rules of chemical compounds. Many such monophenolics are often termed polyphenols. The enzyme is biosynthesized by phloroglucinol synthase.
demeclocycline
Demeclocycline (INN, BAN, USAN, brand name Declomycin) is a tetracycline antibiotic which was derived from a mutant strain of Streptomyces aureofaciens.
methacycline
Metacycline or methacycline is a tetracycline antibiotic. It is used as a precursor in the industrial synthesis of doxycycline hyclate.
croconic acid
chemical compound

mesotrione
Mesotrione is a selective herbicide used mainly in maize crops and has also been shown to have weak insecticidal properties. It is a synthetic compound inspired by the natural substance leptospermone found in the bottlebrush tree Callistemon citrinus. It inhibits the enzyme 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) and is sold under brand names including Callisto and Tenacity. It was first marketed by Syngenta in 2001.
cyclopropanetrione
Cyclopropanetrione or trioxocyclopropane is a little-known oxide of carbon with formula C3O3. It consists of a ring of three carbon atoms each attached to an oxygen atom with a double bond. Alternately, it can be thought as a trimer of carbon monoxide. This compound is predicted to be thermodynamically unstable, dissociating to carbon monoxide, and has not been produced in bulk. However, molecules, provisionally assigned to either cyclopropanetrione or its open-chain analog , have been detected using mass spectrometry.
adrenosterone
Adrenosterone, also known as '''Reichstein's substance G , as well as 11-ketoandrostenedione (11-KA4), 11-oxoandrostenedione (11-OXO), and androst-4-ene-3,11,17-trione''', is a steroid hormone with an extremely weak androgenic effect, and an intermediate/prohormone of 11-ketotestosterone. It was first isolated in 1936 from the adrenal cortex by Tadeus Reichstein at the Pharmaceutical Institute in the University of Basel. Originally, adrenosterone was called Reichstein's substance G. Adrenosterone occurs in trace amounts in humans as well as most mammals and in larger amounts in fish, where it
rolitetracycline
Rolitetracycline is a tetracycline antibiotic. Tetracycline is N-Mannich base prodrug that is prepared from tetracycline by condensation with pyrrolidine and formaldehyde to produce rolitetracycline. Rolitetracycline is used as an antibacterial drug, a protein synthesis inhibitor, an antiprotozoal drug and a prodrug.
meclocycline
Meclocycline (INN) is a tetracycline antibiotic. It is used topically (i.e. for skin infections) as it is totally insoluble in water and may cause liver and kidney damage if given systemically.
relugolix
Relugolix, sold under the brand names Orgovyx and Relumina among others, is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist (GnRH receptor antagonist) medication which is used in the treatment of prostate cancer, uterine fibroids and endometriosis. It is taken by mouth.
(5β)-dihydrocortisone
5β-Dihydrocortisone is an endogenous steroid formed from cortisone by the 5β-reductase enzyme, which uses nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate as its cofactor.
clomocycline
Clomocycline is a tetracycline antibiotic. It is used to treat Pustulosis palmaris et plantaris.
